Tatami Hall is a new training facility for Azerbaijan's Olympic team and other young athletes. It was developed in co-operation with a world-class Judoka and trainer.

New build residential development comprising low-rise blocks, 51 single-family houses and 5 semi-detached houses for a total of 356 living units. A one-storey underground parking facility serves the complex.

Design for a 3 star Hotel in the Caucasus Mountains. 25 exclusive rooms and 15 private cottages face the impressive mountain panorama. The main building includes the lobby, lounge and reception area, restaurant with large terrasse and spa floor. The construction costs are to be kept to a tight budget but with maximized atmosphere and exclusivity.
