After the renovation of this old gem, 106 new apartments are built. Every detail, from facade to roof and garden design have been done by highest standards in agreement with National Heritage Institute.

Hotel Moxy, Vienna Airport

A Moxy hotel at Vienna International Airport, it consists of 408 rooms ( ground + 6 upper levels). The hotel rooms were executed using pre-fabricated Moxy units. The Moxy chain is a Marriot and Ikea trade mark which has been developed in cooperation with Vastint Hospitality BV.
